• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.

2. Safety Guidelines

• Any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed in advance.
• Wild Mumbai assumes no liability for injuries or incidents resulting from unreported health conditions or failure to comply with safety guidance.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to photographs, workshop materials, and narratives created by Wild Mumbai, is the intellectual property of the organization and may not be reused without explicit written permission.

4. Media Release

By attending a Wild Mumbai event, participants grant the organization permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and testimonials for educational, training, and promotional purposes unless a prior written request for exemption is received.

5. Conduct and Ethics

Wild Mumbai reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior:

• Endangers others.
• Disrespects facilitators, fellow participants, or wildlife.
• Involves smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of any intoxicating substances during the event.
• Disrupts the intended experience.

This action will be at the sole discretion of Wild Mumbai staff, facilitator, or service provider acting on behalf of Wild Mumbai and without refund entitlement.

6. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or participation in our events after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
