Refund Policy
At Wild Mumbai, we value your experience and strive to ensure every event meets your expectations. This Refund Policy provides clear guidelines on how cancellations and refunds are handled to maintain transparency and fairness.
1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
We encourage participants to inform us of cancellations as early as possible to allow us to accommodate waitlisted individuals and manage event logistics efficiently.
- More than 10 days before the event: Full refund (excluding platform/transaction fees).
- 10 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 6 days before the event or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
2. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
If Wild Mumbai cancels or postpones an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers, amongst any other reasons:
- A full refund will be issued.
- Alternatively, participants may opt to reschedule their booking for a future event.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. If, for any reason, the refund cannot be processed by the original mode of payment, we will try again in 3 to 10 business days. If multiple attempts fail, a cash refund may be offered, provided the participant travels to the said location to receive the amount. Conveyance allowance for such cash refunds will not be compensated.
